The EDAN iV100 is a 5.5-inch compact patient monitor built around a single idea: one device that adapts to changing clinical needs. It is designed to serve as a transport monitor, a plug-in parameter module within an iV Series bedside system, and a compact standalone bedside monitor—allowing departments to move the same device between care settings without interrupting patient data or changing the monitoring interface.

At under 1.5 kg, with a 5.5-inch HD touchscreen (1280 × 720) , auto-brightness adjustment, and up to 11 hours of battery runtime, the iV100 is built for intra- and inter-hospital transport. It is IP44-rated for dust and water resistance, tested to withstand 1.2 m drops, and complies with EN 1789 transport requirements for road ambulance use. Standard parameters include 3/5-lead ECG, RESP, EDAN SpO₂, EDAN NIBP, PR, and 2-channel TEMP, with optional expansion covering 6/12-lead ECG, Nellcor SpO₂, 2-channel IBP, cardiac output (C.O.), and Microstream CO₂, alongside a module rack option for Respironics/Masimo mainstream CO₂ and additional IBP channels.

The iV100 carries CE MDR certification under the EU’s new medical device regulation and China NMPA registration (国械注准20253071984) , with declared indications covering ECG (including ST and QT/QTc measurement and arrhythmia analysis), RESP, TEMP, SpO₂, PR, NIBP, CNBP, IBP, CO₂, C.O., BIS, cCO, AG, NMT, RM, EEG, ICG, and rSO₂ monitoring, alarm generation, review, storage, and printing in trained clinical settings, including intra- and inter-hospital transport. Availability and cleared claims vary by market; confirm local registration before purchase.

The iV100 is built for departments that need a single monitoring device to follow the patient—from ambulance to emergency department, from ICU transport to bedside docking—without sacrificing parameter depth or data continuity.

Key Features & Benefits

One Monitor, Three Roles: Transport, Module, Bedside

The iV100 is designed to function in three distinct roles. As a continuous transport monitor, it provides uninterrupted monitoring during intra- and inter-hospital movement. As a plug-in module, it docks into an iV Series bedside monitor to continue monitoring without interruption while retaining patient data and instantly restoring full bedside parameter capability. As a flexible bedside unit, it can be paired with an external medical-grade display when additional monitoring capacity is needed in a compact footprint.

Transport-Ready Design: IP44, 1.2 m Drop, EN 1789

The iV100 is engineered for the physical demands of patient transport. IP44 ingress protection shields against dust and water splashes, 1.2 m drop testing addresses accidental impacts during movement, and EN 1789 compliance aligns the device with road ambulance transport requirements. The auto-brightness adjustment maintains screen visibility as lighting changes between indoor and outdoor environments.

Up to 11 Hours of Battery Runtime

The built-in battery supports up to 11 hours of operation, covering extended intra-hospital transfers and transport between healthcare facilities without requiring a mid-journey charge.

5.5-Inch HD Touchscreen with Gesture Control

The 5.5-inch touchscreen delivers 1280 × 720 HD resolution in a compact enclosure, with gesture-control operation for direct interaction. The display prioritizes the parameters and waveforms most relevant to transport and spot-check workflows, while the docking configuration expands the viewing area when the device is used as a bedside module.

Configurable Parameter Depth: From Vital Signs to Advanced Monitoring

Standard parameters cover 3/5-lead ECG, RESP, EDAN SpO₂, EDAN NIBP, PR, and 2-channel TEMP. Optional configurations extend the platform to 6/12-lead ECG, Nellcor SpO₂, 2-channel IBP, cardiac output (C.O.), and Microstream CO₂, with a module rack option for Respironics/Masimo mainstream CO₂ and additional IBP channels. Declared indications under the China NMPA registration include ECG with ST and QT/QTc analysis, arrhythmia analysis, CNBP, IBP, CO₂, C.O., BIS, AG, NMT, RM, EEG, ICG, and rSO₂ monitoring.

Seamless Hospital Connectivity with Local Data Buffering

The iV100 supports wired and wireless connectivity for integration with central monitoring systems, HIS/EMR platforms, and connected medical devices. It automatically connects to the hospital network when entering a predefined coverage area, stores patient data locally during temporary network interruptions, and automatically synchronizes once connectivity is restored—reducing manual network steps and supporting data continuity during transport.

No-Fan Architecture and Lightweight Chassis

The fanless design eliminates operating noise and dust accumulation inside the chassis, supporting use in quiet transport and bedside environments. At under 1.5 kg, the iV100 is designed for single-hand carrying during transport and rapid redeployment between bedsides.
